Where is my fitness?

So the large work contract has finished and I can now start the proper training for La Marmotte 2018, the Strava fitness and freshness chart shows where we I am starting from, not where I wanted it to be but about a month ahead of last year. Let’s hope I can maintain that slope 😉

Back on the road

I need to love climbing so lets start with some hill repeats… This was hard, after a 30 min ride to some local hills I did 3 climbs on each before heading home.
